School Meals – ABM Catering

From September 2026, our school catering service will be provided by ABM Catering Ltd, through their GROW – Fuel for Young Minds school food service.

We are excited to welcome GROW to our school and look forward to providing our children with a fresh, nutritious and enjoyable lunchtime experience.

GROW's meals are freshly prepared and cooked on site by the school catering team. Menus are carefully developed by nutritionists and dietitians to meet School Food Standards, offering children a balanced variety of appealing and nutritious meals.

As part of the new lunchtime offer, children will also have access to an allergen-friendly salad bar and hydration station, alongside regular themed lunches and special events throughout the school year.

Our Menu

The GROW menu operates on a three-week cycle, with a variety of main meals, vegetarian and vegan options, jacket potatoes, pasta, sandwiches, freshly baked bread, salad, fruit and desserts available across the menu.

Special Diets & Allergies

ABM Catering is committed to ensuring that children with allergies, intolerances or other medical dietary requirements can enjoy a safe, balanced and wholesome school meal.

Parents and carers of children requiring a special diet will need to complete ABM's Special Diet Request Form. ABM's Menus and Diets team will then create an appropriate special diet menu where required.

Sustainability

Sustainability is an important part of ABM's approach. Where possible, they work with local and regional suppliers to reduce food miles and food waste. Their commitments also include using farm-assured meat, free-range eggs and responsibly sourced fish, alongside wider initiatives to reduce waste and environmental impact.
