Peer Mediators

The aim of our mediation project is to establish ways in which pupils can support each other in dealing with disputes and arguments that arise in school.

It encourages the children to take responsibility for their own and each other's behaviour.

We train pupils to become Peer Mediators and to promote peaceful conflict resolution and favour win-win outcomes.

Peer Mediators will not take sides and are always able to call on the support of our adults.
